We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due upon delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Ajannah offers delivery services across Pakistan. We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee delivery times, as these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and the weight of the product. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Cash on Delivery: Payment must be made in full upon delivery of the product. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return:
